A website chatbot starts from £995 and a chatbot with booking, CRM and follow-up workflows from £2,495. After the free audit you get a fixed quote, so the price won't change unless you ask for more. Running costs (AI usage, and WhatsApp message fees if you use WhatsApp) are paid to the providers directly and we estimate them before you commit.
Most chatbots and workflows are live within 2–4 weeks of approving the plan. Larger projects with several systems take longer, and we'll give you a timeline with the quote.
We set the chatbot up to answer only from information you've approved, such as your website, price list and policies. If it doesn't know the answer, it says so and offers to pass the customer to your team. We test it with real questions before launch and review conversations afterwards.
Yes. You decide when it hands over, for example for complaints, large orders or when a customer asks for a person. Your team gets an alert with the conversation so far, and can reply from email, WhatsApp or a shared inbox.
Yes. We connect it to Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly and most booking systems, and to CRMs such as HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive. A Google Sheet works too if you don't have a CRM yet.
We design every project with UK GDPR in mind: we only collect the data you need, the chatbot tells people how their details are used, and everything runs in accounts you own. We'll explain which providers process the data and where, and choose UK or EU hosting where it's available.
Yes. We build in your own accounts wherever possible and hand over the logins and documentation at the end. If you ever stop working with us, everything keeps running and stays yours.
It depends on the job. Simple workflows are often quickest and cheapest in Zapier, Make or n8n. Custom code makes sense when you need more control or the volumes are high. We recommend the simplest option that will do the job reliably.
Yes. The same assistant can answer on your website and on WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business API, and on Facebook Messenger or Instagram if you need it.
We watch the first few weeks closely and fine-tune the answers. After that you can manage it yourself, or choose a care plan from £149 a month for monitoring, updates and small changes.
